Pittu Bala Sambi Reddy is a 23-year-old Kho Kho player who hails from Andhra Pradesh. In the
inaugural season of Ultimate Kho Kho, he will play for Telugu Yoddhas as an All-rounder. He is
among the 143 Kho Kho players who were drafted for Ultimate Kho Kho’s first season.
Pittu started his Kho Kho journey at the age of 12. He was first introduced to Kho Kho in 2011
and since then, there has been no looking back and he has taken progressive steps as a player.
After he deep dived into Kho Kho, he also represented his state Andhra Pradesh in the Junior
National Kho Kho Championship. He also went on to win the bronze medal in the Junior
National Championship.
Pittu comes from a farming background. He gave his parents a moment to rejoice when he got
selected for Ultimate Kho Kho. He thinks that the sport is perfect for him and he wants to etch
his name in Kho Kho. He has done his Bachelors in Physical Education and wants to achieve a
gold medal in Ultimate Kho Kho. Other than Kho Kho, he also likes to spend time watching a
game of cricket or movies. His favourite sportsperson is P. Silva Reddy.
