Biography
Prajwal is a 25-year-old Kho Kho player who hails from Karnataka. He will be adding value to the
Telugu Yoddhas side as an Attacker. He has got lots of experience under his belt as he has been
playing Kho Kho since 2006. Getting a medal for the state under his captaincy is his favourite
Kho Kho memory.
He has played for various teams like Karnataka State, Young Pioneers and Vivekananda Sports
Club in his Kho Kho career. He has been a part of the Asian Championship coaching camp. He
won a Gold medal in Federation Cup 2013-14 and helped his state team to secure third place in
the 54th Senior National Championship 2021.
His father, K R Honneshappa is a retired CDPO. He preferred Kho Kho over other sports because
his coach in school was also a Kho Kho player. Later it became a passion and hence he is
continuing it. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He likes to go on long rides and hiking.
He also follows other sports like Cricket, Football, Badminton and Handball. Velan from
Karnataka is his favourite sportsperson.
