Riding on the back of a solid 38-28 win over Rajasthan Warriors, Telugu Yoddhas, the GMR group-owned franchise, aim to maintain their winning momentum against Gujarat Giants at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in their Ultimate Kho Kho Season 2 clash.
With two victories out of three games played so far, the Yoddhas currently stand third in the league standings, accumulating six points.
Telugu Yoddhas will play their fourth game of the second season of Ultimate Kho-Kho against Gujarat Giants, which will be telecast LIVE and exclusive on the Sony Sports Network. LIVE streaming of the game will be available on the SonyLIV platform on 29th December 2023 (Friday), 8:30 PM onwards.
Telugu Yoddhas and Gujarat Giants will face each other for the first time in the ongoing season. Last season, the teams crossed paths twice, where Telugu Yoddhas dominantly defeated the Gujarat side with score differences of 66 and 23 points in their head-to-head games.

Captain Pratik Waikar, an in-form All-rounder, has showcased his mettle by securing the number one spot in the Top Wazirs chart with a total of 18 Wazir points and the Total Pole Dives chart with 4 Pole Dives in the three games played so far. Another key All-Rounder, Rahul Mandal, has provided excellent support to his captain, holding the first position in the Total Dive Points Table with 14 points. Captain Pratik Waikar follows closely in the same table, occupying the second position with equal points. On the defensive front, Adithya Ganpule of Telugu Yoddhas has spent the highest time on the mat defending his team, with 05:37 minutes, securing the top spot in the Top Defenders chart. Pratik Waikar, with his agility, follows closely, having spent 05:09 minutes defending.
On the other hand, Gujarat Giants are currently placed second in the league standings after securing two victories. The in-form Giants will aim for their third consecutive victory, with a firm reliance on Abhinandan Patil and Faizan Pathan before going into this encounter.
